Refund Policy

Since we offer only high quality .925 sterling silver jewelry, we are confident that you will be very satisfied with any item you purchase from us. We strive to check each piece carefully for any defects before it is ever shipped to a customer, but because we are only human, we may over look something.

Return Policies:
  • If after you receive your item, you notice an obvious flaw, we will gladly take it back and refund the original purchase price or exchange it for another item of equal value within 30 days of your invoice.
  • Shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable.
  • Any item you wish to return that is not defective (ordered wrong size, etc.), we will gladly either refund the cost of the item (shipping is not refundable) or we will exchange it for another item of equal value (you will be responsible for shipping cost back to you).
  • During the Christmas holiday season, we will allow some extra time for returns for those of you who shop early and are worried about the 30 day return time limit.
  • For obvious health reasons, earrings can not be returned.
  • Custom sized or custom made items are NOT refundable - So, please be sure you have chosen the correct stone you want and/or the correct length you want an item to be. We will do everything possible to make your custom order as special as possible.
How To Return Items:
  • If you need to return an item to us, email us first at sales@timelesssilver.com within 30 days of your invoice date (does not include shipping time) and let us know that you plan to return an item and the reason why.
  • Please make sure that you return a copy of your invoice with the item and a note stating the reason for the return.
  • For exchanges not due to a defect, please include your credit card information (card #, expiration date & 3 digit security code) in the package, for shipping charges back to you.
  • Items returned to us must be new and in original packaging.
  • Wrap the item in bubble wrap, put it in a sturdy cardboard box, and insure the package, or we cannot accept any responsibility for your return.
  • You will be sent a prompt refund or exchange once the item is received.
  • If you desire an exchange, please let us know what item you wish to exchange it for and we will ship the new item promptly once your returned item has been received by us.
